Full Time HR Manager Jobs, salary up to MYR 10,000 in Executive Compass Ulu Tiram - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities:

• Taking charge of full spectrum of HR activities, including recruitment, performance management, employee development, employee engagement, policy reviews, and payroll & benefits administration
• Support management in the planning and strategizing of KPIs
• Monitor the local labor climate, laws and regulations and the key driver of continuous review and improvement in HR policies and benefits.
• Provide timely Management Reporting for people topics, and drive the effective implementation of business-relevant people strategies over time

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in HR Management, or Business, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR Operations experience in an Electronics Manufacturing environment
• Well-versed in local Employment Law and relevant legislations
• Good interpersonal and communications skills; fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Independent, reliable, and able to work in cross-geography teams
• Experience in leading a team will be a plus

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
