Requirements

• Minimum education is Secondary School or higher
• Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the production field.
• Ability to read and write basic documents and instructions.
• Good physical health and stamina to perform production tasks.
• Responsible, disciplined, and team-oriented.

Responsibility

• Operate and monitor food production machinery and equipment.
• Prepare and set up equipment for daily production runs.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the production process.
• Conduct regular quality checks on products to maintain standards.
• Maintain accurate production records and logs.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and timelines.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas to meet food safety regulations.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and report them to the supervisor.
• Assist in training new employees on production procedures and safety protocols.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
