Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance & Admin Executive to support our Finance and Administration functions. This role focuses on accounting data entry, invoice verification, reconciliations, e-Invoicing support, and general administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Finance & Accounting Support
- Perform data entry for supplier invoices, staff claims, and project expenses
- Check invoice accuracy (amount, supplier details, SST, documentation)
- Prepare payment documentation for internal approval
- Assist with monthly bank reconciliations and account reconciliations
- MyInvois (e-Invoicing) submission, tracking, and error resolution
- Maintain organised physical and digital accounting records
- Assist in month-end closing and audit preparation
Administration & Office Support
- Provide general administrative support to Finance and Management
- Maintain proper filing of company documents, forms, and records
- Coordinate document circulation for approval and signatures
- Responsible with office supplies and pantry stock monitoring
- Liaise with vendors for office-related matters
HR & Staff Administration Support
- Assist in collecting and organising staff claims and supporting documents
- Support attendance and leave record administration
- Assist with onboarding paperwork for new employees
Ad-hoc Duties
- Perform other finance or administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 2 years working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Organised, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
- Able to follow SOPs and structured processes
