Job Summary
Responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing goods and services required by the company.

Ensures cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery while maintaining compliance with company policies and supplier agreements.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate prices and contracts
• Process purchase orders and monitor deliveries
• Maintain supplier relationships and performance records
• Ensure procurement activities comply with policies and budget
• Coordinate with internal departments on purchasing needs

Knowledge & Skills Required:

• Procurement processes, contract management, and supply chain principles
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Good analytical and cost evaluation ability
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office & ability to create manual guidelines/process
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
