Job Overview
Robotics & AI Trainer's role is to inspire and guide students aged 9-17 in exploring the dynamic fields of robotics and artificial intelligence. You will design and deliver engaging lessons and hands-on projects, fostering creativity, problem-solving, and a deep understanding of robotics automation, AI fundamentals, and STREAM (Science, Technology, Robotics, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) principles.

Working in school and center environments, you will prepare students for the future by combining education with innovation and equipping them for national and international competitions.

Job Responsibilities

• Lesson Design - Develop and implement coding and robotics lessons that integrate AI concepts, tailored for children aged 9-17.
• Hands-On Facilitation - Lead interactive workshops and coding sessions that emphasize creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving.
• Student Assessment - Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
• STAiR Integration: Incorporate STAiR principles into teaching, ensuring a comprehensive and engaging learning experience. (STAiR - Science, Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics)
• Event Participation - Organize and support robotics events, competitions, and showcases at national and international levels.
• Parental Communication - Maintain regular communication with parents or guardians to share updates on student performance and growth.
• Team Collaboration - Work closely with trainers, staff, and administrators to create a dynamic and cohesive learning environment.
• Professional Development - Stay updated on advancements in robotics, AI, and teaching methodologies, applying them to enhance training sessions.
• Tech Maintenance - Ensure educational tools, laptops, and robotics kits are maintained and ready for use.
• Coding Troubleshooting - Guide students in debugging and refining their projects, ensuring practical application of concepts.
• Monthly Trainer Reporting & Evaluation:

1. Attendance records.
2. Student progress and learning milestones.
3. Suggestions for content/module improvement.
4. Highlighted achievements or challenges faced during sessions.
5. May include short reflective logs or video/photo submissions (via WhatsApp group or designated platform).

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proficiency in robotics programming languages and tools (e.g., Python, Scratch, or visual coding platforms).
• Strong understanding of robotics kits and AI technologies, especially in educational settings.
• Prior experience in teaching or working with children is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage young learners.
• Creativity and adaptability in crafting innovative lessons and activities.
• Knowledge of STREAM/STAiR education and its application in classroom settings.
• Passion for technology and education with the ability to inspire young minds.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
