Overall Role:

Preferable a certified wireman or an electrician. To ensure all facilities, M&E systems, and infrastructure are safe, functional, and well-maintained .

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance & Inspection

• Conduct daily and weekly inspections
• Maintain pools, pumps, electrical, AC, gym equipment

Safety & Compliance

• Test fire alarms, emergency systems, AV equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety standards

Repairs & Technical Support

• Perform minor repairs
• Coordinate external contractors

Event Support

• Setup AV, lighting, and technical equipment
• Ensure readiness of event spaces

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From RM2,200.00 per month
