Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and LinkedIn
• Set up and optimise ad accounts, pixels, and conversion tracking
• Build audience targeting strategies (custom, lookalike, interest, behavioural)
• Run A/B tests on ads, creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages
• Monitor daily performance and optimise campaigns to improve ROAS and CPL
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
• Work with the creative team to brief ad creatives (formats, hooks, copy angles)
• Manage ad budgets across multiple client accounts
• Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and new ad formats
• Support lead generation campaigns for the agency’s own marketing efforts

Skills & Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in paid digital advertising
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Strong understanding of pixel setup, tracking, and conversion events
• Experience managing multiple ad accounts
• Ability to analyse data and turn it into actionable insights
• Familiar with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and performance-driven mindset

Nice to Have

• Meta Blueprint or Google Ads certification
• Experience in e-commerce or catalogue ads
• Familiarity with Shopify or WooCommerce
• Experience in retargeting and CRM-based audiences

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
