Responsibilities
Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about finance? Join our team as a Finance Analyst (Accounts Receivable) and play a key role in managing cash flow, ensuring timely collections, and supporting overall finance operations.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable Management
- Manage and monitor accounts receivable portfolio to ensure timely collection of payments
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve billing discrepancies
- Prepare and issue invoices, debit/credit notes, and Statement of Accounts (SOA)
- Perform customer account reconciliation and maintain accurate aging reports
Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze AR data and provide insights on collection performance and cash flow
- Prepare monthly AR reports, aging analysis, and management reports
- Identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance collection efficiency
Client & Internal Coordination
- Communicate with clients regarding payments, SOA, disputes, and clarifications
- Work closely with internal departments to resolve billing and collection issues
- Ensure proper follow-up and documentation for all receivable matters
Finance Support & Compliance
- Assist in general finance tasks and reporting as assigned
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation
- Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Job Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 2–4 years experience in Accounts Receivable or similar role
- Strong knowledge in AR, invoicing, SOA, and reconciliation
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines
Working Hours
- Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM
