Job Summary :

The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing sales and marketing activities to promote HNF Catering Sdn Bhd's catering services and retail outlets. The role oversees marketing initiatives for five outlets, drives sales growth, strengthens customer relationships, enhances brand awareness, and ensures consistent promotional activities across all locations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote HNF Catering Sdn Bhd's catering services and increase revenue across all five outlets.
• Identify new business opportunities, prepare quotations and proposals, and build strong relationships with corporate clients, schools, and potential customers.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and special events to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Oversee marketing activities and ensure consistent branding, promotions, and customer experience across all five outlets.
• Manage the company's digital marketing platforms, including social media, website updates, online advertising, and promotional content.
• Monitor sales performance, analyse market trends and competitors, and recommend strategies to improve sales growth and outlet performance.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales and marketing reports, maintain customer databases, and monitor the marketing budget effectively.
• Work closely with outlet managers and other departments to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives and perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements :

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the food & beverage, catering, or hospitality industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple outlets simultaneously.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transport.
• Willing to travel between company outlets and attend client meetings when required.

Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
