Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and customer-oriented Live Host to join our team.

This role related to retail store operations including assisting walk-in customers, preparing simple beverages, and supporting daily store operations to deliver an excellent customer experience.

It is ideal for candidates who want to develop their skills in customer service, and retail operations while building a career in the social commerce and retail industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and assist walk-in customers with product inquiries and purchases.
  • Prepare and serve beverages in accordance with company standards.
  • Assist with daily store operations, including cashiering, stock replenishment, product displays, and inventory checks.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, tidiness, and a pleasant shopping environment at all times.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required by direct manager and management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in retail, or customer service is preferred.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in Mandarin (spoken and written) is advantage .
  • Friendly, customer-oriented, and willing to engage with walk-in customers.
  • Sales-driven with a target-oriented mindset.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Willing to work on-site in Setia Alam.
  • Able to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in retail operations or customer service roles (e.g. cashier, sales assistant).
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask between store operations and customer service.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, urgency, and resilience under pressure.
