JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage the full spectrum of HR and General Affairs activities.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and orientation for employees, contract staff and foreign workers
• Handle employee relations, counseling, performance and disciplinary issues.
• Plan and coordinate engagement programs and CSR activities.
• Ensure compliance with Employment Act requirements and company policies.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as request by Management from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management or related field.
• Have experience in Human Resources, Administration, or a related function.
• Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with all levels of employees.

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
