岗位职责
This will help to manage full-set accounts, financial reporting and cash flow position. Responsibilities include reconciling accounts, preparing management reports, analyzing financial data, handling daily operations, and ensuring proper payment authorization. It involves liaising with tax agents and auditors, conducting stock counts, maintaining documentation, and supporting ad-hoc accounting tasks.
1. Prepare monthly, periodical, annual financial statements and any other related management reports
2. Handle full-set accounting (AP, AR, GL) ensure monthly related journal entries are captured accurately
3. Monitor and follow up on accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely collection and payment, and resolving discrepancies
4. Prepare balance sheet schedules, follow up and related reports
5. Preparation of bank reconciliation, cash flow, forecast update, Bank Negara quarterly report submission and yearly budget compilation
6. Responsible for capital expenditure maintenance, transactions control and relevant reports including annual capex count
7. Actively oversee and/or lead the annual inventory count process by coordinating with the IT and warehouse teams to ensure everything runs smoothly and stays on schedule.
8. Support Company annual audit, tax related, inventory count & asset count and any other events
9. To ensure the efficiency of day-to-day operation of overall accounting and finance related functions
10. Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries
11. To carry out any other responsibilities / ad-hoc assignments as directed from time to time
12. Other duties and tasks as assigned by Superior
