Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse OPD, IPD, and ER registration processes
  • Document billing workflows including split billing and E-invoicing
  • Support testing, UAT, and Go-Live
  • Train end users and support system rollouts
  • Work with finance, operations, and IT teams

Requirements:

  • Hospital back-office experience
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • OPD / IPD / ER registration
  • Billing & collections
  • Corporate & insurance billing
  • Split billing & E-invoice
  • GL concepts

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
