Job Description
Fugro Malaysia Marine is seeking an experienced Receptionist and Admin Support to join our dynamic team in our Kuala Lumpur City Centre office. This full-time role will play a key part in the overall company operations and strategy of our growing organisation.
Responsibilities include:
- Greet, welcome and assist visitors and guests at the main reception, both in person and over the telephone;
- Maintain all aspects of office stationery supplies and coordinate couriers, both local and international;
- Arrange various office meetings/events, ensure smooth and on-time delivery, and refill kitchen consumables, keep kitchens tidy and maintain meeting rooms;
- Conduct inductions for visitors, manage building access passes and liaise with building management;
- Assist with various ad-hoc admin tasks and document format for other Fugro departments when requested.
- Assist to manage office facilities when requested.
What we're looking for
- 1–2 years in front desk, customer service, or administrative roles is commonly preferred ;
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook and Excel;
- SPM/STPM or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related fields ;
- Strong interpersonal skills, multitasking capabilities, professional appearance, and ability to work independently .

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
