Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual who is not only well-organized but also proactive in identifying irregularities and improving operational efficiency. This role requires someone who constantly asks “WHY” and “HOW”, with the ability to monitor data trends, detect abnormalities, and report insights to management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in administrative and operational support including data entry, documentation, and report compilation
- Monitor and analyze operational data (e.g., petrol usage, vehicle records) to identify unusual patterns or discrepancies
- Flag irregularities and prepare reports with insights and recommendations to management
- Manage and track company assets, vehicle insurance, fire insurance, office and other compliance-related renewals to ensure timely updates
- Retrieve and analyze data from systems and prepare accurate reports
- Maintain proper filing systems in accordance with company SOPs
- Organise company events, staff activities and administrative support function
- Monitor office maintenance and coordinate with service providers and vendors
- Assist in procurement of office supplies and monitor inventory levels
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or any related field
- 2–4 years of relevant experience (administration, operations, or reporting role)
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail (ability to detect anomalies and irregularities)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, basic analysis skills preferred)
- Good organizational and time management skills
