Job Description:

1. Identify new business opportunities and evaluate the potential customer’s opportunities and needs.
2. Aggressively source and secure new accounts and businesses.
3. Attend to all inquiries from customers promptly and in timely manner consistently and persistently.
4. Plan business solutions to meet the customers’ business objectives and requirements.
5. Maintain good, professional working relationship and effective communication with the existing and new customers, internal departments, affiliate offices and partners.
6. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve gross profit and growth targets.
7. Able to plan effective sales visit, market insight and report writing.
8. Liaising with the local Customs department and Other Government Agencies (OGA) for matters related to the import and export processes.
9. Adhering to all transportation, freight forwarding and shipping legislation requirements.
10. Perform any other ad-hoc task assigned by the management from time to time.

Job Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s degree, preferable major in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics and/or Supply Chain Management.
2. Minimum 2 years of working experience related to sales, forwarding and inland transport is required for this position.
3. A good working knowledge in freight forwarding would be an added advantage.
4. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
5. Must have excellent selling, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Have an optimistic outlook, pleasant personality and able to handle pressure.
7. Proactive, adaptable, able to learn and collaborate with all staff levels.
8. Good at organizing and work planning, able to multitask.
9. Able to work in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.
10. Own transport and willing to travel.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
