Job Responsibilities

• Manage and process monthly payroll, ensuring accurate salary payments, allowances, overtime claims, statutory contributions, and other related payroll matters in a timely manner.
• Managing day-to-day operations of the HR function and duties (industrial relations & employee relations).
• Handle employee issues like counselling, grievance handling, investigation and enquiry.
• Maintain proper staff documentation and up-to-date employee’s personal files.
• Liaise with relevant government agencies (EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, etc.).
• Foreign Worker Management by liaising with agency and government parties, permit application and renewal, documentation, hostel etc.).
• General HR administration such letters, memorandum, policy etc.
• Creating JD for various roles and advertising them on various platforms.
• Managing and handling the orientation of new employees.
• Provides support and advise employees on HR related matters where needed.
• Responsible for any other duties as and when required.

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management/Business Studies/Administration/ Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year HR experience.
• Well-versed with Malaysian Labour Laws.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work autonomously.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
• Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedure
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Attention to details and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Human Resources: 3 years (Preferred)
• Human Resources Management: 3 years (Preferred)
