Responsibilities:

You will be supporting the Private Banking Advisory (PBA) applications (Evooq Wealth Platform) as L3 production support resource. Your responsibility covers:

• Ensure Production incidents are tracked and resolved as per stipulated Service Level Agreement (SLA), working with production support teams.
• Participate and contribute to Production Ticket triages analysis discussions with L2 support.
• Resolve Problem tickets (PBI) within stipulated window. Provide monthly metrics on problem ticket status for the applications and highlight risks
• Provide unit test plan and unit test cases.
• Upon defect fix delivery by PBA applications vendor, perform System Integration Testing (SIT) testing, and provide SIT test results and defect status reports.
• Prepare Fix deployment steps, release notes and checklists for the SIT, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Production environments
• For Fixes resulting from Production Tickets, provide UAT support and coordinate with UAT testers on defect fixes verification.
• Support package deployment for Production Tickets which is to be tested in pre-production / UAT environment before being promoted to production.
• Use bank’s deployment tools, support DevOps improvements, and comply with bank’s deployment approach, process, standards, and verifications. Bank will provide the appropriate training on such tools and processes.

Requirements:

• Good functional and technical understanding of Evooq Wealth Platform
• Must have 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Evooq Wealth Platform delivery
• Must have good private banking advisory portfolio management knowledge
• Experience in supporting Evooq Wealth Platform integration, EOD batch processes and deployment methodology
• Integration experience with Temenos TAP platform is desired
• Experience in Unix/Linux shell scripting
• Experience in end-to-end application delivery management in ensuring quality delivery
• Experience in application delivery in ensuring full compliance of Bank’s policy and standard
• Experience in working with DevOps and Continuous integration with good understanding of n-Tier application architecture concepts
