Job Title: Branch Manager (JB)

Position Type: Full-time

A Branch Manager of Metro IVF Johor Bharu is responsible for the overall performance, operations, people management, and business growth of a branch.

Key Job Responsibilities of a Branch Manager

1. Branch Operations

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch.
• Ensure smooth workflow and efficient service delivery.
• Maintain compliance with company SOPs, policies, and healthcare regulations.
• Monitor branch cleanliness, safety, and facility maintenance.
• Ensure adequate inventory of medical and office supplies.

2. Business Development & Sales

• Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Develop strategies to increase patient volume and treatment conversion.
• Build relationships with referring doctors, clinics, and corporate clients.
• Monitor competitors and market trends.
• Review daily collections and ensure accurate financial reporting.

3. Team Leadership

• Lead, coach, and motivate branch employees.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Ensure adequate staffing and manage scheduling.

4. Patient Experience

• Resolve patient complaints promptly and professionally.
• Monitor patient satisfaction and implement improvement initiatives.
• Ensure confidentiality and privacy of patient information.

5. Quality & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
• Conduct regular audits on documentation and branch processes.
• Ensure staff adhere to control and safety protocols.

6. Reporting & Administration

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Monitor KPIs and present branch performance to management.
• Analyse operational data to identify improvement opportunities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
