About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Success Executive to manage client relationships and ensure a smooth service experience from onboarding to ongoing support.

You will act as the main point of contact for clients, working closely with internal teams such as Recruitment, HR, and Sales to deliver high-quality service and ensure client satisfaction.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and managing multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients through cold outreach, referrals, and networking.
  • Support client onboarding and account coordination for new and existing clients.
  • Assist in conducting introductory meetings and presenting services to prospective clients.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
  • Support negotiations, client onboarding, and account handover processes.
  • Maintain and manage relationships with existing clients and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Recruitment, HR, and internal teams to deliver client solutions.
  • Prepare sales activity, client engagement, and performance reports.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
  • 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, Account Management, or Customer Service
  • Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese (written and spoken)
  • Confident in engaging cold prospects and building client relationships
  • Sales-driven, proactive, organized, and able to work independently
