Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and creative Real Estate Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting property listings, generating leads, managing social media platforms, and supporting marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Promote residential and commercial properties through online and offline marketing channels.
• Create and manage content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Threads.
• Generate and follow up with potential clients and property leads.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
• Maintain relationships with prospective buyers, sellers, and investors.
• Conduct market research and analyze property trends.
• Support property viewings and client consultations when required.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of social media marketing and digital advertising.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Own transportation is an advantage.
