Hiring: Inside Sales Executive / Customer Engagement Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

Location: Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact prospective customers to introduce the company's products and solutions
  • Build relationships and identify business opportunities through telephone engagement
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the Sales Team
  • Explain product information and respond to customer enquiries
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
  • Participate in ongoing product and sales training


Requirements

  • Minimum SPM qualification. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Able to communicate confidently in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin required for customer communication)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Experience in inside sales, telemarketing, customer service, call centre, or sales support is an advantage
  • Engineering background or exposure to technical products is an advantage
  • Able to work full-time in the office in Bayan Lepas, Penang
  • Immediate availability is an advantage


Working Hours

Monday – Friday

8:45 am – 5:30 pm

Bayan Lepas, Penang
