Requirements

• Good in Bahasa Malaysia conversational skills.
• Possess SPM and above or equivalent (candidate with related experience without SPM also acceptable).
• Minimum 3 to 6 months of experiences in the collection field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Candidates from Banking and Finance experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibility

• Overseeing collection team members and ensuring the accurate and timely follow-up on delinquent accounts.
• Setting payment collection goals and targets for the department and team members.
• Create and implement strategies to improve the collection activities.
• Ensuring the Company policy on recoveries is adhered to and in line with regulations.
• Identifies areas that required improvement on the collection process and implement enhanced process that assist tele-collectors to be more effective.
• Explain and clarify with customer on non-payment issues.
• Follow up on overdue payments by utilizing phone collection technique.
