Job Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance, leave administration, and payroll processing.
• Handle monthly payroll and ensure timely and accurate salary payments.
• Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Coordinate training, performance evaluations, and employee engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and employment regulations.
• Support management in HR-related matters and provide administrative assistance when required.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with HR and payroll experience will have an added advantage.
• Familiar with Malaysian Employment Act, EPF, SOCSO, and EIS.
• Able to work independently and multitask effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good command of English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
