JOB SCOPE:

• Recruitment & Selection Support
• Assist in posting job advertisements on job portals and social media.
• Screen resumes and arrange interview schedules.
• Support in the coordination of interview sessions.
• Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
• Assist in preparing onboarding documents and orientation materials.
• Support the HR team in processing staff resignation and clearance procedures.
• HR Administration
• Assist in maintaining and updating employee personal files and HR databases.
• Handle administrative tasks such as preparing letters, forms, and reports.
• Ensure proper filing of HR-related documents (physical and digital).
• Payroll & Attendance
• Assist in checking and updating staff attendance records.
• Training & Development
• organizing training programs, seminars, and internal workshops.
• Prepare training materials and attendance records.
• Employee Engagement Activities
• Support in planning and executing employee welfare and engagement activities (events, celebrations, team buildings).
• HR Projects & Compliance
• Support the HR team in HR-related projects or audits.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, SOPs, and labor laws.
• General Support
• Assist in handling employee inquiries professionally.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the HR department.

REQUIREMENT:

• CANDIDATE MUST POSSESS AT LEAST DIPLOMA OF HUMAN RESOURCE OR OTHER RELATED COURSE
• ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY AND AS A TEAM.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
