Key ResponsibilitiesTherapy & Patient Support

• Assist therapists during individual and group therapy sessions.
• Support patient care activities, including basic mobility assistance and supervision during exercises.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and well-being throughout therapy sessions.
• Observe and report patient progress or concerns to therapists.
• Support elderly clients under the guidance of licensed therapists.

Programme & Screening Support

• Assist in the implementation of health screening, assessment, and wellness programmes.
• Register participants and manage appointment schedules.
• Prepare therapy rooms, consultation areas, and materials before and after sessions.
• Assist during cognitive, physical, and mental health screening activities.
• Support both individual and group-based therapy sessions.
• Assist in community outreach and health promotion activities.
• Ensure smooth flow of programme operations and participant experience.

Administrative Support

• Maintain patient and programme records accurately.
• Assist in daily scheduling and coordination of therapy sessions.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper organisation of therapy equipment and rooms.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in healthcare, elderly care, rehabilitation, nursing, or therapy assistance is an advantage.
• Friendly, caring, patient, and willing to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a team-oriented rehabilitation environment.
• Basic computer skills are an advantage.
