1. Machine Operation

• Operate packing machines (e.g., sachet, pouch or bagging machines) according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Perform machine start-up, adjustment, and shutdown activities.
• Ensure correct settings for weight, sealing, labeling, and packaging speed.

2. Production Monitoring

• Monitor machine performance to ensure smooth operation and minimal downtime.
• Achieve daily production targets and output requirements.
• Identify and report any abnormalities or breakdowns immediately.

3. Quality Control

• Ensure products are packed according to specified weight, seal integrity, and labeling requirements.
• Conduct periodic checks (weight, sealing, coding, appearance).
• Reject and report defective or non-conforming products.

4. Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs.
• Carry out routine cleaning and maintenance of machines.
• Coordinate with Maintenance team for major breakdowns.

5. Safety & Compliance

• Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and company hygiene standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

6. Housekeeping (5S)

• Maintain cleanliness of packing area and equipment.
• Ensure proper arrangement of materials and tools.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent
• 1–3 years experience in manufacturing or packing operations preferred
• Experience in food or FMCG industry is an advantage
• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to operate automated or semi-automated machines
• Good attention to detail (quality & weight accuracy)
• Ability to follow SOPs and work instructions
• Team player with good discipline

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand for long hours
• Able to work in shift rotations
• Able to handle light to moderate physical work

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
