JOB DESCRIPTION

Software Development

• Assist in developing and maintaining web applications.
• Support the development of new features and user interfaces based on project requirements.
• Assist in testing, debugging, and troubleshooting application issues.
• Support API integration and third-party services.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code under the guidance of senior developers.

IT Support & Administration

• Assist in setting up and maintaining desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
• Install, configure, and update operating systems and software.
• Monitor IT equipment and system performance.

Employee IT Support

• Assist in setting up user accounts, email accounts, and devices for new employees.
• Support user access management and basic system permissions.
• Provide basic technical support for company devices.

Helpdesk & Troubleshooting

• Assist in diagnosing and resolving basic hardware and software issues.
• Support internal IT helpdesk requests.
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior team members when necessary.

REQUIREMENTS

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Laravel is required.
• Ability to intern independently with tight timelines.
• Ability to intern immediately is an added advantage.
• Possess a high sense of responsibility and ownership.
• Good communication and strong creativity skills in problem solving.
• Excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,200.00 per month
