Job Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Team in daily sales administration and coordination activities.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, delivery schedules, and related documentation.
• Liaise closely with customers regarding orders, delivery status, and inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Production, Planning, Purchasing, and Logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Monitor customer forecasts, purchase orders, and shipment schedules.
• Maintain accurate sales records and customer information in the system.
• Follow up on customer requirements, delivery commitments, and outstanding issues.
• Prepare sales reports and other documentation as required by management.
• Assist in handling customer complaints and coordinate corrective actions with relevant departments.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Service, or Sales Administration within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in Plastic Injection Moulding, Automotive, Electronics, or Manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems is preferred.
• Able to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
