Founded on a love for quality ingredients and creative recipes, we specialize in a wide range of products including artisanal breads, decadent cakes, delicate pastries, and signature cookies. Now, we are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute annual and monthly sales strategies aligned with Bitsy’s objectives.
• Prepare sales campaign plans (promotions, seasonal campaigns, bundling, upselling).
• Identify new target markets (B2C and B2B such as corporate clients, events, other cafés).
• Implement sales initiatives through online platforms (StoreHub, WhatsApp Business, social media) and offline channels (café, booth, collaborations).
• Set and achieve agreed sales KPIs (commission will be awarded upon achievement).
• Manage the customer pipeline — from prospecting to sales closure.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat orders.
• Handle customer inquiries related to quotations, bulk orders, and partnerships.
• Collect customer feedback for product and service improvements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure promotional activities align with sales targets.
• Oversee campaign execution on social media, WhatsApp blasts, and physical events.
• Monitor the effectiveness of promotions (ROI, cost per lead, conversion rate).
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports (vs targets).
• Analyze sales trends and propose improvement strategies.
• Monitor product performance (fast vs slow movers).
