Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts independently (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation).
• Issue invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers accurately.
• Manage collection from customers and payments to suppliers.
• Maintain proper and organized filing of accounting documents.
• Prepare monthly closing, management accounts, and financial statements.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
• Prepare and submit SST reports.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and government authorities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Provide financial analysis and ad-hoc reports to management when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience handling full set of accounts independently.
• Proficient in SQL Accounting System (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and SST.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Attention to detail, organized, and reliable.
