Business Development Executive

Duty And Responsibility

· Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industries, and market trends. Analyze data to assist in developing strategic business plans.

· Utilize various channels such as networking events, online platforms, and cold calling to generate leads and expand the company's client base.

· Collaborate with the business development manager to prepare and customize proposals, presentations, and other materials for client meetings and pitches.

· Provide administrative support to the business development Manager, preparing reports and company/vendor registration

· Renew, update and maintain all necessary licenses, renewal dates, CRM database and associated documentation ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualification, Experience and Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strategic mindset with a results-oriented approach and a passion for driving business growth and innovation.

· Minimum 3 years experience in business development, market research, or strategic planning roles.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and generate actionable insights.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

· Experience and familiarity with business development tools and methodologies.

· Experience in building maintenance, construction or training and development will be an advantage
