About the Role
Join our export sales team and play a key role in serving international customers while supporting business growth across global markets. You will manage customer enquiries, coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment, and build strong customer relationships. This role also provides exposure to sales reporting, market development, and international business practices.
- Handle enquiries from overseas customers and provide accurate information on products, pricing, shipping terms, payment terms, and order status.
- Support the Export Business Development Manager in developing new export markets while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
- Execute sales and marketing activities to achieve sales targets and expand business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure orders and shipments are delivered on time.
- Assist in organizing and supporting overseas exhibitions and trade shows.
- Prepare sales reports and perform sales performance analysis.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by the superior.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
- Knowledge of export procedures and Incoterms is an advantage.
- At least 3 years of experience in export sales or international trade is preferred.
- Exposure to international business practices across different markets is an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in international sales are encouraged to apply.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
