We are looking for a dynamic and energetic team-player who is keen to join us with the following job responsibilities:


JOB SUMMARY

To provide temporary support to the Payroll team during payroll operations, system stabilization, and post-implementation activities following the HRMS and payroll system migration. The incumbent will support the processing of two payroll cycles each month and ensure payroll is processed accurately and within timelines.


PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the end-to-end processing of two payroll cycles each month, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments.
  • Prepare, validate and process payroll inputs, including new hires, resignations, leave, overtime, allowances, deductions and salary adjustments.
  • Perform payroll verification, reconciliation and pre-payroll validation to ensure payroll accuracy.
  • Assist in statutory submissions, including CPF, IRAS and other regulatory requirements.
  • Respond to employees' payroll-related enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare payroll reports, payroll journals and reconciliation reports for Finance.
  • Support payroll testing, data validation and issue resolution arising from the HRMS/payroll system migration.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
  • Perform other payroll and HR administrative duties as assigned.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accountancy or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
  • Experience managing multiple payroll cycles within a month and working under tight payroll timelines.
  • Good knowledge of Singapore payroll legislation, including the Employment Act, CPF, IRAS and statutory payroll requirements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g. XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and formulas).
  • Meticulous, analytical and able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet payroll deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience supporting or participating in an HRMS or payroll system implementation or migration project will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in payroll User Acceptance Testing (UAT), parallel payroll runs, payroll reconciliation and data validation.
  • Experience using payroll systems such as Darwinbox, SAP, Oracle, Workday, SuccessFactors or other HRMS/payroll platforms.
  • Immediate availability or ability to commence work at short notice is preferred.
