We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Network Administrator to join our IT team. The candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting the organization's network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability. Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network equipment, including Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Monitor network performance and ensure maximum uptime and availability.
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity, hardware, and software issues.
• Configure and manage LAN, WAN, VPN, WLAN, VLAN, routing, and switching environments.
• Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, access controls, and VPN solutions.
• Perform routine system backups and support disaster recovery planning.
• Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
• Support IT infrastructure upgrades, network expansions, and technology projects.
• Provide technical support and guidance to users on network-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in network administration.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, routing, switching, and network security.
• Experience with Cisco networking products and technologies.
• Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Pay range and compensation package

RM4,000 – RM7,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
