We are looking for a responsible and experienced Shift Supervisor to oversee daily production operations activities during assigned shifts to ensure smooth workflow, meet production targets and maintaining compliance with company policies and manufacturing procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing operations during assigned shifts.
• Ensure production output meets schedule, quality, and quantity targets.
• Monitor manpower allocation and workflow efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety, 5S, and company procedures
• Report production issues and coordinate with relevant departments
• Train and guide operators to improve performance
• Maintain discipline and shift attendance control
• Maintain good housekeeping practices and promote a safe working environment

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Certificate in any related field (Engineering / Manufacturing / Technical field preferred)
• At least 2–3 years working experience in production/manufacturing environment
• Experience in supervising or leading a team is required
• Knowledge in production line operations and quality control
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Able to work in shift rotation (day & night)
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work under pressure

Added Advantage:

• Experience in Lean Manufacturing / 5S / Kaizen
• Familiar with ISO or production documentation system

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
