Responsibilities
- Responsible for full set accounting, financial reporting, and coordinating with external auditors and tax agents.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle full set accounting functions and monthly financial closing.
- Prepare quarterly financial reports and management reports.
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Liaise with external auditors and support the annual audit process.
- Coordinate with external tax agents on tax-related matters and compliance requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with company policies.
Desired Skills and Experience
Must Have
- At least 3 years of experience in handling full set accounts.
- Experience in monthly financial closing.
- Experience liaising with external auditors.
Preferred (Advantage)
- Experience liaising with external tax agents.
- Experience preparing quarterly financial reports and management reports.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or trading company.
- Experience using accounting systems such as AutoCount or other ERP/accounting software.
