• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
• Handle onboarding and offboarding processes
• Assist in payroll preparation and ensure accuracy of employee data
• Support performance management processes (e.g., appraisals, confirmations, KPI tracking)
• Coordinate training and development programs
• Handle employee relations matters, including inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary actions
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
• Prepare HR reports (e.g., attendance, turnover, recruitment status)
