Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound leads from WhatsApp, website, social media & marketing campaigns
  • Reach out to potential clients through cold calls, networking, LinkedIn & business research
  • Understand client business needs and propose suitable digital solutions
  • Conduct website, mobile app & software consultation & presentation with clients
  • Prepare quotations, proposals & presentation materials
  • Attend online & physical client meetings
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain client relationships
  • Coordinate with design, marketing & development teams
  • Update CRM, sales pipeline & client progress
  • Learn AI, CRM, automation & digital transformation solutions
  • Achieve sales targets and business growth goals

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Open to candidates from any background who are willing to learn and grow
  • Related experience or background in Business, Marketing, IT, Multimedia or Sales will be an added advantage
  • Passionate in earning, learning & building career in the IT and digital solutions industry
  • Good communication skills in English & Mandarin (BM is a bonus)
  • Confident in speaking, presenting & communicating with clients
  • Positive attitude, proactive & willing to learn
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Good time management and responsibility at work
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and growth-focused environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
