Job Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR department.
Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and employee documentation.
Maintain and update employee records and filing systems.
Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and employee orientation.
Monitor leave, attendance, medical claims, and overtime records.
Assist in payroll preparation by compiling and verifying HR data.
Respond to employee enquiries and support general office administration.
Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
At least 1 year of HR or administrative experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Location: Joo Koon
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (5-day work week)
