Job Responsibilities
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, and offboarding.
Administer payroll inputs, leave, attendance, overtime, and employee benefits.
Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and liaise with MOM.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with the Singapore Employment Act and company HR policies.
Prepare employment contracts, letters, reports, and other HR-related documents.
Support employee engagement, training, and performance management activities.
Perform other HR duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2–5 years of relevant HR experience
Strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, and work pass administration.
Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, employee relations, and HR administration.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS/payroll systems.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain strict confidentiality.
Meticulous, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Working Location: Joo Koon, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (5-day work week)
