Job Description

Responsibilities

As a Sales Analyst, you will support the Corporate Sales team by preparing accurate sales reports, maintaining dashboards, and ensuring the timely delivery of sales data. You will be responsible for consolidating, validating, and presenting sales information that enables the team to monitor performance and make informed decisions.


This role is best suited for someone who enjoys working with data, has strong attention to detail, and is able to produce accurate reports within tight timelines. While basic analysis and interpretation of sales trends are expected, the primary focus of this role is on data accuracy, reporting, and operational support.


Key Responsibilities

Sales Reporting & Dashboard Management

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for the Corporate Sales team.
  • Maintain and update sales dashboards and KPI trackers to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Consolidate sales data from multiple sources into meaningful reports for management review.
  • Monitor key sales metrics, including revenue, pipeline, customer acquisition, and conversion rates.


Sales Data Management

  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of sales data in CRM systems and reporting databases.
  • Perform regular data validation and cleansing to maintain high-quality reporting.
  • Support the administration and maintenance of sales databases and reporting templates.
  • Work closely with the Corporate Sales team to ensure sales records are updated accurately and promptly.


Sales Operations Support

  • Provide regular reports to support sales meetings, management reviews, and business planning.
  • Assist in preparing data for management presentations, business reviews, and ad hoc reporting requests.
  • Highlight significant changes or trends in sales performance for management's attention.
  • Support sales campaigns by tracking basic performance metrics and reporting outcomes.


Process Improvement

  • Recommend improvements to reporting templates and processes to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Assist in automating recurring reports where possible.
  • Support the implementation and effective use of CRM and reporting tools.


Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales reporting, sales operations, business support, or data administration.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot) is an advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to identify basic sales trends and provide concise observations from reports.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
  • Proactive, dependable, and committed to producing accurate, high-quality work.
