Responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Technical Support Engineer / AI Engineer to provide technical support while contributing to the development, deployment, and optimization of AI-powered solutions. This role is responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, supporting system performance, implementing AI technologies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance products and services.
The successful candidate will investigate and resolve technical incidents, analyze system performance, assist with AI model integration, and support the deployment of software solutions. You will work closely with engineering, product, and customer-facing teams to ensure reliable system operation, deliver technical guidance, and improve user experience through innovative technology solutions.
Key responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, monitoring application performance, maintaining technical documentation, supporting API integrations, assisting with AI solution implementation, analyzing system logs and data, performing testing and validation, and identifying opportunities to improve system reliability, automation, and operational efficiency. The role also involves staying up to date with emerging technologies and contributing to continuous product improvement.
