Responsibilities

Join our diverse global community at UWCSEA East as a Middle School Grade Secretary.


Working collaboratively within a supportive team, you will ensure professional, seamless operations where deep collaboration and a strong sense of belonging fuel everything we do. Because relationships are at the core of our college, you will help connect students, parents, and educators. This collaborative environment thrives on teamwork and shared learning across a welcoming school community.


The Day-to-Day

  • Provide front-desk service and clear communications in a school community where everyone feels welcomed, valued, and safe.
  • Deliver comprehensive administrative support to the Vice Principal, Heads of Grade, mentors, and teaching staff where cross-level collaboration is highly valued.
  • Assist the Vice Principal, Heads of Grade, and mentors in organizing key school events.
  • Implement daily grade administrative standard operating procedures, including tracking attendance, records, and locker management.
  • Maintain accurate and efficient data entry within the college database system.


The Details

  • Possess a minimum of a Diploma alongside at least 3 years of secretarial and administrative experience.
  • Demonstrate highly organized, meticulous, pro-active, and independent work habits with a strong proficiency in Mac platforms and collaborative software.
  • Exhibit friendly, adaptable interpersonal skills and a commitment to working within an interdisciplinary teamwork culture.
