Job Summary

You will coordinate and prepare technical drawing specifications, liaise with Project Managers and Engineers for approvals, support tender processes, and maintain document control to ensure smooth project execution.

Responsibilities

• Apply sound knowledge of technical drawings to prepare and review project specifications for submission approval
• Use AutoCAD software to create and modify technical drawings supporting construction and engineering projects
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Engineers to ensure technical drawings meet project requirements and approval standards
• Support tender preparation activities by providing accurate technical documentation and drawings as needed
• Maintain organized document control and filing systems to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with project documentation standards
• Demonstrate self-motivation and assertiveness to manage workload effectively under pressure
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support project and company objectives
  
  

Preferred Competencies And Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, preferably Civil Engineering
• 1 to 2 years of experience in construction or civil engineering projects
• Proficient interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within a team environment

• Working Location: North side (nearest MRT is Admiralty)
• 5 days work week
• Salary range: $2,800 to $3,800
