Salary: $12.55 per hour

Job Responsibilities
Provide general
administrative and office support, including filing, document management,
and correspondence handling.
Manage office supplies,
pantry inventory, lost-and-found items, and key records.
Assist with printing,
preparation, and distribution of documents and office materials.
Coordinate with vendors and
suppliers on orders, deliveries, and administrative-related purchases.
Support staff onboarding and
offboarding activities.
Assist in the preparation and
dissemination of internal communications and EDMs.
Perform data entry, record
maintenance, and verification of administrative records.
Carry out other
administrative duties and ad hoc assignments as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum GCE O-Level, NITEC,
or equivalent qualification.
Proficient in Microsoft
Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Good communication and
organizational skills.
Meticulous, responsible, and
able to work independently.
Prior administrative
experience will be an advantage.
