Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor (Fresh Graduate) to join our growing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to develop their professional skills while working on façade, interior fit-out, and construction projects in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions for construction projects.
• Perform quantity take-offs and measurements.
• Assist in evaluating quotations and preparing cost comparisons for materials and subcontractors.
• Support the preparation of progress claims, payment certificates, final accounts, and variation orders.
• Monitor project costs and maintain accurate cost records throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist with procurement activities and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Attend project meetings and site visits to verify work progress and measurements.
• Maintain proper documentation of contracts, quotations, invoices, and cost reports.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to support effective project delivery.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Internship experience in quantity surveying or the construction industry will be an advantage.
• Basic understanding of quantity take-off, cost estimation, and construction contracts.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or other quantity surveying software will be an advantage.
• Meticulous, responsible, and committed to delivering quality work while meeting project deadlines.
