Our client, a leading organisation in the healthcare sector, is seeking an experienced Head of HR to lead its people function and partner directly with senior leadership. This is a rare opportunity for a seasoned HR generalist to shape workforce strategy within a fast-paced, service-driven environment, working closely with the CEO and executive team to drive organisational and people priorities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the full HR function, spanning HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, compensation & benefits oversight, and performance management
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing HR team
• Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the CEO and senior management on people strategy and organisational initiatives
• Drive HR governance, ensuring robust compliance, audit readiness, and consistent policy implementation across the organisation
• Align local HR practices with broader group-wide standards and policies
• Champion a positive, people-first culture across all levels of the organisation

What We're Looking For

• Proven leadership experience across the full HR spectrum, ideally gained within healthcare, hospital, medical, or hospitality/hotel environments
• Strong understanding of operational, service-driven business settings
• A track record of managing and developing HR teams
• Confidence engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, including C-suite leadership
• Solid grounding in HR compliance, audits, and policy governance
• A warm, approachable, and empathetic leadership style, with genuine people-first instincts
• A stable career history, reflecting long-term commitment to previous employers
