Job Description

• Facilitate AI and Avatar training programs for external clients and participants.
• Lead engaging instructor-led sessions that combine theory with practical, hands-on learning.
• Present AI concepts, platform features, and digital processes in a clear, concise, and user-friendly manner.
• Coach and support participants throughout practical exercises, answering questions and providing guidance.
• Demonstrate software solutions and walk users through key functions and workflows.
• Deliver training consistently in accordance with company guidelines and quality standards.
• Keep up to date with emerging AI technologies, digital solutions, and product updates to ensure training content remains relevant.
• Act as a professional ambassador for the company during training sessions, workshops, and customer interactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in learning and development, technical training, customer support, technical support, or a related role.
• Applicants from non-technical backgrounds with strong digital literacy and IT proficiency are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of artificial intelligence, digital platforms, and modern technologies.
• Comfortable using technology and quick to learn new software and digital tools.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Confident in delivering presentations and engaging diverse audiences.
• Ability to simplify technical information and communicate complex concepts effectively to users with varying levels of technical knowledge.
• Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
