This role resides under MISC Marine (the Integrated Marine Services arm of MISC Group) and a 2-Years Contract role
Key Accountabilities
1. Change Management Support
- Support the Change Management Lead in the execution of the project’s change management strategy and plans.
- Assist in coordinating change management activities across business functions and project workstreams.
- Support tracking and monitoring of change management deliverables, milestones, and action plans.
- Maintain change management documentation, logs, and project records.
2. Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
- Prepare and distribute project communications including announcements, newsletters, FAQs, intranet content, presentations, posters, and awareness materials.
- Support the execution of communication campaigns to ensure stakeholders remain informed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate communication activities across multiple stakeholder groups and business units.
- Gather stakeholder feedback and help identify communication gaps, concerns, and areas requiring additional engagement.
- Support stakeholder engagement sessions, town halls, workshops, and project roadshows.
3. Training Coordination & Learning Support
- Coordinate project training activities including scheduling, logistics, venue arrangements, and participant management.
- Maintain training calendars, attendance records, and training completion reports.
- Support the development of training materials, quick reference guides, user manuals, e-learning materials, and knowledge articles.
- Coordinate with business SMEs, functional consultants, and vendors during training preparation and delivery.
- Monitor training participation, effectiveness, and user readiness.
- Support training evaluations and continuously improve learning materials based on feedback received.
4. Business Readiness Support
- Assist in conducting business readiness assessments and user preparedness surveys.
- Track readiness activities and support closure of identified readiness gaps.
- Support coordination of business champions and change agents across departments.
- Assist in monitoring user adoption and engagement activities prior to go-live.
5. Post Go-Live Adoption & Stabilisation Support
- Support hypercare and post go-live adoption activities.
- Coordinate collection of user feedback, adoption challenges, and training-related issues.
- Assist in managing support communications, issue tracking, and user guidance during the stabilization period.
- Monitor adoption metrics and prepare reports on training effectiveness and user engagement.
- Support refresher training sessions and knowledge reinforcement activities where required.
6. Project Reporting & Administration
- Prepare change management progress reports, communication reports, training dashboards, and status updates.
- Track key performance indicators related to communication effectiveness, training completion, and user readiness.
- Maintain project repositories and ensure change management documentation remains updated and auditable.
- Support the preparation of materials for project governance and steering committee meetings.
7. People Development
- Promote awareness and understanding of project changes among employees and stakeholders.
- Support initiatives that encourage user participation, collaboration, and engagement throughout the transformation.
- Foster a positive attitude towards change and continuous improvement.
8. Vision & Mission
- Support the successful delivery of MISC Marine’s transformation initiatives through effective communication, training, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption activities.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in change management, communications, training coordination, project administration, HR development, learning and development, or related functions.
- Experience supporting ERP, digital transformation, or enterprise system implementation projects is an advantage.
- Experience coordinating training programs, stakeholder engagement activities, or communication initiatives.
- Familiarity with organizational change management practices and project governance frameworks is preferred.
- Experience in maritime, logistics, energy, or other operational industries would be an added advantage.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, Organizational Development, Education, Management, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- Certification in Change Management, Training & Development, Communications, or Project Management is an added advantage.
